“I have to promote my girl Becky because she is an amazing trainer. I can personally vouch for her ability to make me work my ass off. Of course, a lot of it has to do with my will power to continue working my ass off, but without her, I don’t think I would been motivated. If you are looking for a personal trainer who knows her stuff, Investing in me was the best thing I could have done for myself. I will promote this woman to anyone and everyone because she is freaking awesome! And, she has a fantastic sense of humor, so there’s that as well.”

“Becky WILL kick your ass and somehow you will still love her afterwards. She will find that weakness (or weaknesses in my case) that you didn’t know you had, and make you work on it. She will help you see your potential in the gym. She is a fabulous motivator and trainer and I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness”.

“Becky came on as a trainer at CrossFit NewLife in Salt Lake City last year.  I knew immediately she was a star- she had Olympic hopeful creds! And she looked the part, which sometimes trainers don’t, but they should (would you really get your hair done by a stylist who had a crappy hairstyle?)  She was very knowledgeable and attentive; made you feel like you were getting one-on-one training.  She could immediately assess your current ability and worked diligently to take it to the next level.  The perfect amount of personal challenge.  It only took a few weeks for me to realize that not only did Becky have professional expertise that belied her age, she was also a warm, fun, sweet person with a delicious dash of sass.  If you’re looking for a professional yet personable trainer, I whole-heartedly recommend Becky!”

My name is Rachel and I am very close to my family. My lil brother really wanted to start CrossFit and was to shy to start alone so I wanted to support him and signed up with him. This was really hard for me because I am a plus size woman, I am very self conscious and did not believe crossfit was for bigger people. The first few times at the gym was very embarrassing for me. I did not have gym clothing, I was out of breath, and had no form. Becky started coaching our class and she made me feel important, she helped me with my form, she knows how to correct me in a positive way that made the class uplifting . I really felt like Becky truly cared about me and wanted to see me succeed. We had alot of fun in class. Becky pushed me harder because she knew I could do it”.
