Through training with me you will learn mental toughness. The ability to push through hard workouts is 5% physical, and 95% mental. You will become a mentally strong person that is more confident in life. Establishing mental strength in the gym carries over to our everyday lives. I want to bring you to your breaking point, and then bring you back with encouragement. This is where I see the most breakthroughs in people. Realizing what you are capable of is a powerful thing! Don’t be afraid of your potential!
Specialize in not specializing. A healthy body is a well rounded one. While we all have our strengths and weaknesses, it is important to work on things that challenge both. I bring a wide range of outside the box workout regimes together to make any workout engaging and challenging, while producing real results. In these workouts, cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility and balance, and power are all brought out in each person. I combine my sport specific training background with real life fitness moves to enhance functionality in life. Think you already have good balance or know how to properly lift things off the floor?
