Take it to the park again today! Enjoy the weather while you can.

6×50 meter hill sprints – rest 2 minutes after you get to the end of your sprint.
These are all out!

3×50 meter walking lunge (uphill) with weight overhead in one hand. Choose a kettlebell or dumbell.
switch hands after 10 lunges.
Rest at the top and then do the same thing with backward lunges down the hill.

3×10 uphill broadjumps, jog down.
