Tabata = 8 rounds: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. It equals a total of 4 minutes.
Alternate between Mt. climbers and split jumps (same as jumping lunges). For more of a challenge do the “rest” portion of mt. climbers as a plank hold.

20 Seconds split jumps, 10 second rest…….and repeat this combo 4x.
Tight abs and no butts in the air for Mt. climbers and plank!
Hands on hips and chest up for split jumps. Feel it in the glutes!
